Looking to be a part of the 2010 Long Island Stars
Women’s Lacrosse Team?

Below are the requirements to be an active member of the LI Stars:
- Since we know that everyone has a career other than lacrosse, we try to work around busy schedules in order to have a positive and worthwhile experience for all involved.
- So, whether you attend every practice, game and tournament or simply
make it to one or two there are a few things that we all need to know:
o Please fill out a registration form and email or mail it in as soon as possible:

o Pay yearly team dues: $100
o Attend as many meetings, practices, games, tournaments as
possible.
o Must be a member of US Lacrosse (for insurance purposes).
o Invitations for tournaments/games will be sent out via email
and Facebook. Those members who respond in a timely
manner (with tournament fee) will be given priority in
tournament play.
o Must have all legal equipment including goggles and mouth
guards.
o All uniforms are property of the Long Island Stars and must
be returned at the end of each game/tournament.
o You must be at least 18 years old and not currently on a
college roster.
o Please make an effort to contribute to every fundraiser held.
